CUSTOM ORDERS
We gladly accept custom orders and look forward to working with you. Please e-mail us with your request, and we will work up a price quote for you. Most custom orders take from 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the availability of materials and intricacy of the design. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders before work is commenced, with the balance due when the design is completed.
Once we have completed your design, we will e-mail you a photo of the finished piece for final approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the design, your deposit will be refunded to you.
Return Policy for Custom Orders: Due to the nature and intensive work involved in creating custom orders, refunds cannot be given once the design has been approved and shipped. However, you can either exchange the item or a merchandise credit will be issued for a future purchase. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you would like to return an item and must obtain a Return Authorization Number. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price, along with the initial shipping charges, to help off-set loss of time and materials. If your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately so we can contact the postal service for reimbursement.

WEDDING JEWELRY
We specialize in custom orders and look forward to working with you to create beautiful bridal and bridesmaid jewelry for your special day. We have a number of designs in our bridal collection that are available for custom order. If you don't see exactly what you would like, please e-mail us with your request, and we will work up a price quote for you. Most custom wedding orders take from 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the availability of materials and intricacy of the design. Quantity Discounts: A quantity discount of 15% is available if 4 to 7 items are ordered OR a discount of 20% is available if 8 or more items are ordered from our Bridal Collection. Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Expess. To process via PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal for payment, once your order is placed. You do not need a PayPal account to process a transaction. Please ensure that payments are made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made. SHIPPING
& HANDLING
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise specified
in the item detail. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Express Mail. Shipping and handling includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Effective February 8, 2008, flat rate shipping charges are in effect.
Please note that Express Mail is NOT guaranteed overnight delivery. Packages are usually delivered within 2 business days of mailing date.
Items can only be shipped to U.S. addresses. No P.O. Boxes can be accepted. Contact us at

We are more than happy to drop ship orders for gift giving. When completing

GUARANTEE
We fully guarantee our jewelry. We value your business and will repair
your piece if it breaks within 90 days from purchase date, free of charge.
If the item cannot be repaired, the piece can be exchange for another
item. Items requested for repair after this date can be repaired for a

We have made every effort to present accurate colors and additional specifications.
However, due to variations in numerous settings on monitors we cannot
guarantee the colors displayed are the exact colors of the items. If there
is any question as to the color or other details of a particular piece
please feel free to contact the individual designer for additional information.

JEWELRY CARE
Proper care for you jewelry will ensure its beauty for a lifetime!
- Put your jewelry on after you’ve used lotion, perfume and hairspray.
- After wearing, wipe jewelry with a soft cloth.
- Clean with a mild detergent in warm water, using a soft cloth or a
very soft toothbrush. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Pearls - store in soft, breathable bag and never
clean with harsh detergents or in an ultrasonic cleaner. Only clean
with a mild detergent, as described above.
- Silver and Gold Vermeil Jewelry - store in an airtight ziploc bag
away from direct sunlight. If silver is tarnished, clean with a silver
polishing cloth.
- Gold-Filled Jewelry - store in cloth bag or velvet-lined jewelry box.
Clean with mild detergent.

RETURN
& EXCHANGE POLICY
It is a priority at Myra Elizabeth Designs that you are 100% satisfied
with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will
gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt by refunding the purchase
price of the item or by exchanging the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Keep in mind that because of the use of natural stones in many of the
designer pieces, slight imperfections called inclusions will occur in
color and shape.
Due to the nature and work involved with custom orders, customized jewelry can only be returned for an exchange or merchandise credit, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please see the Custom Orders section above for more details.
Holiday Return Policy:
Items purchased as gifts may exchanged up until January 15th. However, as stated above, shipping fees are not refundable. A gift certificate will be issued for the purchase price of the original item, to be used by the recipient within one year from issue date.
To return or exchange an item:

for a return authorization number, mailing address and for shipping
instructions. Please provide your order number and the date your order
was received. Let us know if you prefer a refund or would like to exchange
your item for another piece. We cannot process a return without the
return authorization number.
- Returned items must be shipped in their original or other secure packaging.
Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please insure your
package when returning it to us, as we cannot be responsible for items
damaged during return shipping.
- Once we receive your item, we will e-mail you to let you know your
item has been received and your return has been processed.

CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 - UPDATE 1/13/2008
California Proposition 65 states, "Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
We have just received updated information that Swarovski crystal jewelry can continue to be sold to the residents of California, as long as the jewelry is intended for adult wear. There is no evidence, to my knowledge, that wearing crystal jewelry is, in any way, harmful to your health. The only recommendation is that you wash your hands after handling crystal jewelry or glassware. Please visit the California Department of Toxic Substances Control website for more information.
The following is an excerpt from a letter sent to a fellow jewelry designer from Swarovski headquarters: "Crystal has unique properties. While made with lead, the crystal manufacturing process creates a matrix which greatly retards the mobility of lead. By contrast, lead in other materials such as unplated metal containing lead may be available for surface exposures. Swarovski believes that the use of their products poses no significant risk to human health." Swarovski has been making crystals for over 100 years and are the leader in the industry. They are working closely with states and regulatory agencies regarding this issue.
Please note that the metal used in all of our jewelry designs is either sterling silver, gold-filled or gold vermeil (22K or 24K gold over sterling silver). These precious metals do NOT contain lead. Base metals, which are less expensive metals that are often plated with silver or gold, can contain lead. Base metals are NEVER used in our designs.
