Due to the nature and intensive work involved in creating custom orders, we are unable to issue refunds. However, you can either exchange the items or request a merchandise credit that you can use on a future purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you would like to return your items. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price to help off-set the loss of time and materials. Shipping charges can not be refunded.
Each shipment is fully insured. If your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately so we can contact the postal service for reimbursement.
